1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using VeriLeads (verileads.co.uk), operated by Bright Software Ltd, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

VeriLeads provides a lead generation service that collects publicly available business contact information from Google Maps and other public sources. We deliver this data as a CSV file and provide AI-powered email writing tools.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use VeriLeads only for lawful B2B outreach purposes. You must not:

• Use our data to send spam or unsolicited emails to consumers
• Violate GDPR, CAN-SPAM, or any applicable email marketing laws
• Resell or redistribute our lead data to third parties
• Use the data for any illegal or fraudulent purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our platform

4. Email Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring your outreach complies with all applicable laws including GDPR (UK/EU), CAN-SPAM (USA), and CASL (Canada). All outreach emails must include an unsubscribe option. VeriLeads is not liable for how you use the data we provide.

5. Data Accuracy

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate and up-to-date business contact information. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any data. Email delivery rates and contact validity vary. Typical email find rates are 30-60% of leads scraped.

6. Payment and Refunds

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. One-time orders are non-refundable once the CSV has been delivered. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will not renew after cancellation. If we fail to deliver your leads within 48 hours, you are entitled to a full refund.

7. Intellectual Property

The VeriLeads platform, branding, and technology are owned by Bright Software Ltd. The lead data we provide is sourced from publicly available sources and is licensed to you for personal outreach use only.

8. Limitation of Liability

VeriLeads is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our service or the data we provide. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
